RSC Press Release
Kansas City, MO
RSC Communications, Inc. has
announced that it is now providing
Discrete Wireless GPS (Global
Positioning System) hardware for
small to medium sized business
fleets (from 1 up to 100 vehicles).
This new system provides real-time
vehicle location to company
administrators from any computer
with internet access. All major
markets in the United States are
covered.
“GPS systems are not new, but until
now it was too expensive and
required special software for each
different application,” says Todd
Hastie, Regional Director of Sales
at RSC Communications, Inc. “Our new
Discrete Wireless system has no
software; the entire application is
on the web and can be accessed at
the office, at home or on the road
for less than two dollars a day. Our
customers like being able to find
their vehicles from anywhere, twenty
four hours a day, and seven days a
week.”
Hastie projects the demand for GPS
fleet tracking will quickly increase
as more business owners look for
increased efficiency in their
business activities and reduction in
operating costs such as fuel and
insurance.
